Thank you for you for stopping and shopping with us. . It is our commitment to ship all orders within 48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation once your package has been dispatched, which will include your tracking information.

We regret that we cannot authorize any refunds or cancellations after 24 hours of the order placement or if the order has already been shipped. This policy is non-negotiable, and no exceptions will be made. Any requests received after this specified time frame cannot be accommodated for cancellation, changes or refunds.
